Please join the Hingham Council on Aging for a free Learning to Age Well program designed for newly retired older adults, those considering retirement and those who are new to the Senior Center. Come and discover the programs and services offered at the Hingham Senior Center.

Strategies for developing a retirement plan that works for the whole you.

Downsizing - Natalie Ahern, All the Right Moves Boston

Thinking of downsizing? Moving? Staying in your home and aging in place? Strategies

will be discussed to help you with the process of taking this important next step.

Financial Planning Before and After Retirement - Cynthia Kuppens, CFP®, AEP®, O’Brien Wealth Partners LLC

Are you planning to retire in the next 10 years? Recently retired? If you’re near or in

retirement, what are the key financial questions you need to consider? Cindy will discuss

important considerations in retirement planning, such as when to take Social Security, the

basics of Medicare and supplemental Medicare plans, funding for long term care expenses,

and investing during retirement.

12:00 pm-12:30 pm Flu Shots for Learning to Age Well attendees will be offered by Big Y Pharmacy. Please make sure you have your medical insurance card available to cover the cost of the flu shot. If you do not have insurance, you will be charged for the cost of the flu shot. The cost will be $30.00 for the Quadrivalent flu shot and $65.00 for the high dose.
