The Hingham Affordable Housing Trust is seeking bids for the renovation of an existing 2-story dwelling, which includes installation of framing, plumbing, electrical components, flooring, door & trim replacements, new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new water heater, drywall installation, patching and painting throughout.
