The project includes the renovation of an existing 2-story, cape style dwelling, which includes heating, plumbing and electrical upgrades, roof and gutter replacement, flooring, door & trim replacements, new kitchen cabinets, drywall patching and painting throughout in accordance with the documents prepared by Strekalovsky Architecture Inc. The project has an estimated construction cost of $210,000.  

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of General Building Construction.  Filed Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Filed Sub-Bidder's Update Statement.
