The following are seeking Certificates of Appropriateness:

6:30 P.M.         William and Kyle Tollefson, 703 Main Street; located in the Glad Tidings Local Historic District; to replace existing concrete walkway with brick walkway.

6:45 P.M.         Continued from: 9/19/19:  Jack Conway and Company, 321 Main Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, replace existing wood sign with a new sign using new logo, made from composite material.

7:00 P.M.         Continued from: 9/19/19:  Gretchen Bates, 64 School Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, for non-compliance with HDC decision

7:15 P.M.         Sarah Cook, 30 Pleasant Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to install additional fencing in the backyard.

7:30 P.M.         Continued from: 9/19/19:  Eugene Allen, 137 South Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to replace 16 windows.

7:50 P.M.         Continued from: 9/19/19:  Wendy and Robert Kirk, 361 Main Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to remove existing ell, side porch and garage; to construct two-story additions to the rear and left of the house, a new 2-car garage, and an Accessory Dwelling Unit.

 8:15 P.M.        Continued from: 9/19/19:  8:00 P.M. Matthew Murmes/D.A.D. Construction, 1040 Main Street, located in the Liberty Plain Local Historic District, to construct a two-story addition to the rear of the house, with an attached 2-car garage; and for alterations to the existing house including demolition of existing rear addition and front vestibule, and relocation of front window and side dormers.

8:40 P.M.        Hingham Historical Society, 34 Main Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, for install letters above the entry door, and to install a sign on the stone wall in front of the building.

8:50 P.M.        Lisa and Greg Donoghue, 45 Middle Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to install fencing to enclose a pool.

 9:00 P.M.        Cathie and Jim McKeone, 59 School Street. Located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, for hardscape additions including fencing, terrace, and fire pit.
