In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 39, Section 23A of the General Laws, I hereby file notice that a remote meeting of the:
SOUTH SHORE EDUCATIONAL COLLABORATIVE BOARD
will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 8:30 a.m.

MEETING AGENDA
1. FY 24 budget discussion and approval of tuition adjustment.
2. Executive Session: Chapter 39, Section 29, mandates that in order to go into Executive Session, the Collaborative Board must:
a. Do so on a roll call vote.
b. State purpose of Executive Session
c. Indicate whether the body will reconvene in public session.

This meeting is being held remotely as an alternate means of public access pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 and all other applicable laws temporarily amending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law. You are hereby advised that this meeting and all communications during this meeting may be recorded in accordance with the Open Meeting Law. If any participant wishes to record this meeting, please notify the chair at the start of the meeting in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, § 20(f) so that the chair may inform all other participants of said recording.
ALL NOTICES SHALL BE FILED WITH THE TOWN CLERK AT LEAST FORTY-EIGHT HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
