Responsibilities

The Human Resources Department is responsible for services related to:

  • Employment
  • Recruitment and hiring 
  • Employee compensation and classification
  • Benefits, including insurance for:  Medical, Dental, Life and Short Term Disability
  • Assisting in policy development, interpretation and maintenance
  • Labor relations
  • Leaves of absences, including, but not limited to FMLA and bereavement
  • Employee development
