- Employee compensation and classification
- Benefits, including insurance for: Medical, Dental, Life and Short Term Disability
- Assisting in policy development, interpretation and maintenance
- Labor relations
- Leaves of absences, including, but not limited to FMLA and bereavement
- Employee development
