Brick face of exterior façade is nearly complete, while the insulation and framing are complete for the soon to begin metal panel façade. The interior CMU walls, framing/drywall is near completion while the tiling of walls/floors and compounding of walls are now underway. The garage structure and west site wall is complete. Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical piping remains underway on all floors. We now have asphalt binder installed around entire site, a welcome addition which minimizes walking on a muddy site.
