David and Maureen Cederlund for an Administrative Appeal of the Building Commissioner's issuance of a Building Permit R-22-0794 on August 29, 2022 to JJF Investments, LLC, to build a new seven room, three bedroom with a two car garage at 457 Main Street in Residence District A.  The Appellants are concerned about slopes and grading in the site and the impact that will have on their abutting home located at 461 Main Street, and believe the site should be subject to Site Plan Review by the Planning Board.
